GTR Members: How old are you?
Curious to know how old (wise  ) the members here are. I know Elron was born in '59 and Jack is up there with Uncle Bob nipping at his heels but the rest of you I have no idea.
I'm curious to see if there is an average age here and if reloading is really an old man's activity - like shuffleboard.
Edit: Sorry fellows I forgot to mention I'm 44 magnum.

I was born in 1944. I wouldn't dare fire a cartridge that I reloaded. "Let's see now did I already put the powder in this one or not? Pro'lly not. Here then, let me just put it in right now so I won't forget." There are other reasons but that is the main one. Also I am too lazy and I'm far from rich but I don't really need to save money that badly. Before I retired I never had time and now I just don't want to.

I know, I know, I look like I am 35, but really, for sure, I am 59 now. I've been reloading fo about 3 years, mostly pistol, but a few months ago I started loading 30-06 and .223 Rem. My step-dad used to reload 30-06 about 45 years ago but the old guy doesn't know what happened to all his dies and such. So when he gave me his Springfield 03A3 I had to buy all new when I started shooting it.

63 years young! Treated myself to 550 from Brian Enos (thanks to GTR forum members' info) for Christmas to load 9mm & .40 S&W. Second time around for reloading. Started (and finished  ) in late '70s with 30.06 and .38 special using Lee Basic (?)(about $10) and RCBS Rock Chucker upgrade. Looking forward to gaining my second wind.
