I have no experience with the .380 model, but a friend does own the 9mm version. It is very high quality and works well. A few years ago it was a wait listed gun like the Seecamps used to be.
They are known to be finicky. 8 years ago there was not much choice in pocket pistols with stopping power.
These days it is a whole new ball game. The Rohrbaugh is overpriced for what you get IMO.
Too many good pocket 380s to buy a really pricey one. The R9 was considerably smaller and lighter than other 9mm pistols. The 380 is actually bigger and heavier than other popular models.

The .380 is Rohrbaugh's answer to a question no one asked. It is the same size as the 9mm. The question is why get the .380 instead of the 9?
With a high price tag and recommend spring changes every 200 rounds, you have much better options. Why not try a LCP, LC9, PF9 and 8 boxes of ammo for the price of 1 Rohrbaugh.
