Buy a Ruger or US Firearms.

Nice pic of Tesla.

writwing, I already have Ruger Blackhawk convertible .45 LC/ .45 ACP.

BTW, I really admire Nikola Tesla. People should know what this brilliant mind has done for the world. IMHO he is the greatest, and yet most underestimated American (Serbian born) inventor.

Uberti's make great replicas. My father has a pair of the replica single action armys. Only problem he ever had was a spring broke, easy to work on. On the SAAs there are a couple different variants that use different parts.

I have a couple of Hombre's. One in .45LC and the other in .357 magnum. They have been flawless. They are true to the Colt design and I prefer them over the Rugers.

For the money, there is no way you can beat them. I got one and have around 800-1K rounds though it and all it has needed so far is a little twist on the screws every few hundred rounds to keep them tight.

Why overpay for Colt when you can get just as good for a third the price.
