If it feeds your carry ammo reliably I don't see an issue with it.

As long as it runs reliably for me I wouldn't have a problem with it. For me that means 500 rounds of FMJ followed by 100 rounds of my carry ammo without a stoppage. After that i'd have no issues carrying it.
