VA's one gun a month repeal passes Senate
The VA Senate just passed a repeal of the state's one handgun a month restriction, with a vote of 21 to 19. The House already passed it, and Gov McDonnell has said he will sign it, so it looks like it will become law and go into effect on July 1st.
Currently the only exemption was for CHP holders. Permit holders could purchase more than one a month.
