There is a nice new gunshop and range that just opened up in Loves park IL. its called KAP guns and they have a huge selection of firearms and surprisingly great prices. Im not an employee but i just shot there today and was impressed with how nice and clean it was. One of the cleanest best lit/vented indoor ranges ive ever shot at.

Next time I get out near Rockford, I'll check it out.
There's a new range in Crystal Lake, rifle lanes, the works.
Two bad points
1) Their prices seem as if they want to pay the place off in 2 years
2) They don't permit reloads, & their ammo prices are @ MSRP or ABOVE !!

Really too bad, the McHenry Co. U.S.P.S.A. club was hoping to possibly shoot there, as it is a huge facility......no reloads, not even for competition. "liability" issues....more like no profit issues !
