Glock 22 Gen4. No issues with a wide variety of ammo. The guy I bought it from reported the same.
Glock 26 Gen4. See above.

Gen4 27 throws brass so far to the right that it goes in other people's lanes and I cannot collect it.

Ok, at the range again today! Now after several weeks, I have fired approx. 500 rounds thru my G19gen4. On this day, I have installed the replacement RSA proved by Glock, the 043. Up to this point (with the 041 RSA) I only had 1 FTF at around shot 250. Otherwise everything has been normal. I have been using 115gr FMJ ammo of most of the lower level types (I was going to say lower priced, lol) . Since I am not one to leave well enough alone, I have already done the 25c trigger job, put in the extended slide release, and the heavy duty extractor spring. Can't wait till tomorrow when my Ameraglo sights come in with the Ghost 3.5# trigger kit! Had a chance to shoot and compare pistols with my son's Ruger (model 95 I think). That was nice, solid and shot well, but a bit heavier. I think I am starting to appreciated the lightness and simplicity of the G19!

Gen 4 19 with dipped extractor, with about 650 rounds fired so far. Ive had2 or 3 BTF on Remington UMC or WWB, which is about half of the total rounds. Ive shot Blazer, Lawman, Magtech, American Eagle and Independance with strong ejections for the other half. The Magtech and Lawman were both very good.
Guess I should also mention that my 19 is totally stock and has all of the latest part numbers. No FTF's.

Gen4 26 So far so good
Picked up my Gen4 26 up last month. First few mags with some Russian ammo gave me trouble with FTE. It was the ammo. Switched to another brand, problem went away. Chalked it up to break in period. Put about 200 rds through it so far and no problem. Lovin this pistol.

Glock 22 Gen 2 Purchased 1994 - Excellent
Glock 23 Gen 3 Purchased 2000 - Excellent
Glock 22 Gen 4 Purchased 2012 - Made 12/1/2011 with latest improved components, 1000 rounds down range. No BTF, 2 erratic ejections; both with Tula Ammo. The new finish is excellent. The weapon appears to have never been fired. New new trigger is the most crisp and has the best surface of any Glock I have ever owned. Accuracy is superb. It fits my hand much better than the Gen. 2.

I tend to think the issue is not as bad as it seems here on Glock Talk, simply because I suspect people are more likely to post regarding a problem gun. Before I purchase my next G19 and /or G26, I'd like to know how widespread the "problem" really is.
Let's do a quick survey. Gen4 Glock owners only please:
1. Which model(s) do you own?
2. Which fits your situation: A. I have no problem with this handgun
B. I have ejection problems with this handgun
C. I had ejection problems, Glock (or armorer) fixed it, and it now rocks.
D. I had ejection problems, Glock (or armorer) fixed them, but it still isn't right. 3. Notes/comments regarding your situation and your thoughts on this issue.

Selfishly, I know your responses will be useful to me. I hope they will be useful to others also.
Update: Wow. Lots of great responses. Thank you all for responding, especially regarding an issue which has been beaten to death. It's good to see all of these opinions together in one thread.
Overwhelmingly Gen 4 is either not a problem at all... or for those with early Gen 4 purchases, updated parts have resolved the problem. I'm now TOTALLY confident in the purchase and am off to the dealer with GSSF coupon in hand.

1. Gen4 G21
2. A. I have no problem with it.
3. It's sweet.

1. Glock 21 Gen 4
2. (A) but my son, who is a lefty and a new Glock shooter, initially had about 4 rounds out of 100 high to the head. No problems since.
3. This is a very reliable, accurate, soft shooting .45 auto.

Gen 4 19 works 100% after about 1500 rounds . Love it.
Every once in a while I'll get brass landing on top of my head but that's an easy fix----ball cap.
