'CrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaccccK!'

I woke up,
I lifted my arms,
I moved my knees,
I turned my neck....

Everything made the same noise:

'CrrrrrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaccccK!'

I have a 78yo friend that says every day is a good day. "If you don't believe me, try missing one."
