1911 Remington enhance question

How do you like the Remington enhance 1911? priced at $789.00 NIB
Bac, Quak, faawrenchbadr, any one?

Its not bad. I'd probably go with a Desert Eagle, Spartan, or SR1911 before the R1 enhanced though.

I don't see the need for the firing pin safety.

I bought a new Remington 1911-R1 Enhanced right after Christmas. I paid $840 for mine locally. $789 is an excellent price for one. I took mine to the range a few days after buying it. I will say this, I am totally impressed. Trigger action is very smooth, everything is nice and tight, the sights are superb, and accuracy is excellent. It is one of the nicest 1911s I own.

thanks, I like the STI Troyan or Spartan too but don't like the adj. sights for CCW.

I certainly understand. The Desert Eagle is also a great option. The trigger is amazing and its at least $100 less than the Remington.
