The .40 cal Glocks do not have any ejection issues in any generation. Its the 9mms with the hit or miss ejection issues

Great info and thank you for confirming!
Question: have you shot both the gen 3 & 4? If so did you notice the difference in recoil between the two?

I've put about 2,000 rounds through my Glock 19 Gen4. I've only had it for about two months, so I remember very vividly that I've only had 2 FTFs and 2 FTEs. I've only had brass hit me in the head once this whole time. Every problem I've had has been with Federal Champion ammo from Walmart, with the exception of one Winchester round failing to fire. Once I started shooting 115 grain Speer Lawman, I got hooked. Zero problems from those. I also recently just bought two cases of them because they run perfectly in my G19/4.

It sucks that performance depends so much on ammo quality. But really, why would you intentionally buy crappy ammo knowing that it won't work well in your gun?

Because it really isn't "crappy ammo" if it works just fine in the M&P or PPQ or an older generation Glock.

Glock Gen 4 users. I made a Facebook page :)

I decided to make a Gen 4 Glock page on Facebook for those people who like Facebook things.

Posting Gen 4 related and uploading your Gen 4 pictures. I will create Albums for each Gen 4 model and then I will upload your photo into that album. Please only post your own photos as all other photos can be found searching on the internet.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see the RSA having a bigger role than has been mentioned in this thread. Glock may have sprung the new pistols with a heavier spring. Before the ejection issues, just about every other thread was "Can I shoot +P++++" in my pistol?" Maybe Glock didn't realise most of us just shoot WWB.

What's up with all the spam replies?
If you don't use Facebook, don't have a Gen 4 and don't want to visit the page, then why be negative about it?
It's just a fan page for Gen 4 Glocks.. Posting your images for a reference for other people wanting to look at Gen 4 Glocks and it's just something fun to look at while on Facebook..

3/4 Flap,
I think you're doing the right thing. You gave them a chance. If they could fix it they probably would have. I tried everything from multiple replacement parts at my own expense, multiple trips back to Glock, even was sent multiple replacement guns. First bought a PPQ. 3700 troyble free rounds. Then traded the last GEN4 G19 on a S&W M&P 9c. 2200 perfect rounds. APEX defense/carry trigger, polymer perfection.
I'll keep my old Glocks that work. No more new ones. Good Luck!

Seems it would be boring. How many pictures of brass to the face can you check out.
