Another decryption case; 11th Circuit

Different facts, different ruling. Here, .gov didn't know what, if anything was on the drive, and the 11th held that providing passwords was testimonial and protected by the 5th Amendment.

But - but - but! They're the government! How can they not decrypt a simple hard drive!? They have rocket scientists and super hackers in their army! How can this be!?
