what does your ammo stock look like?

I keep around 600 loaded up of different loads. And like to have enough extra to load another 1000 on hand.

What do you all keep on hand?

I guess I was talking just 10mm. If I include my other guns It's another 1500 or so.

It is never enough. LOL.

10mm around 1500 right now, when I load I get in zone and load till I run out of lead or primers.
All calibers 20k range, maybe 25k since just picked up a few more brikes of 22 last week.

My friends and family say if ever there is a war or something they want to be on my side.

Maybe I can post a picture, I'm in the process of reorganizing the reloading room. One of the shelves broke, too much weight!

I'll need to build stronger than the last setup!

I've probably got close to 750 rounds of 10mm right now, loaded.. And lots more components.

The number varies but always at least a couple hundred.

Jeeze!!! Nice!

Mine was high like that at one point waaay back in 2008. Been shooting it over the last couple years though.

It is low now. Very very low. I am starting to reload b/c I have a lot of brass so that is the bright side I guess.

9mm = 1,000 FMJ + 500 JHP (S&B)
.40 s&w = 1,000 FMJ + 500 JHP (Federal)
.357 sig = 0 FMJ + 500 JHP (S&B)
10 mm = 500 FMJ + 500 JHP (Underwood and Scottsdale)

Light, I know, but I've only been a handgun owner about 4-5 months.

YMMV

In 10MM, I have 1K, loaded. About 750, of flat out bad to the bone 200 grain lead hard cast, and then a couple hundred target load offerings of the same bullet. Also have a mix of 25-35 rounds of JHP, in each weight of 135, 165, 185, offerings. Have 3K of the 200 gr hardcast bullets waiting to be seated, and another 2K of 180's going through the mold, and sizing format. Just waiting for the call they are ready! Oh and have 3500 once fired brass, waiting for time spent, with the loading press.

Nice.... DT, BT or some other hardcast? You know the BHN? Are they WFNGC or SWC or ...? Just curious. I know I have about 150 various WFNGC's loaded, most all of them with max charges of Longshot and BlueDot.

Some other hard cast. I'm lucky to have a local retired Marine who makes money on the side casting. He told me back in the day, he used to reload ammo for police agencies in the Cincy area. His work is spectacular! And his prices are unbeatable. Can't tell you the BHN, sorry, but I've taken his 200 grain up to 1250 out of a 6" LW barrel with groupings in the 3" range, @50 yards with no signs of leading. So, needless to say, I'm pleased. Got rid of my tactical LW slide, and just ordered a 5.15 barrel to drop in my G20. I cherish the bullets I get from him, put an order in, November, and he took ill. Still waiting on the 180's. Thinking my source is coming to an end!

Cool stuff, sounds like a winner. 3" @ 50y, high velocity, no leading. Good deal
