You can concealed carry in a bank with a permit.
Update 86 refers to where people can open carry, where open carry is prohibited, and that people with a CPL are exempt from the open carry restrictions.
The concealed carry statute only covers where you can/cannot carry concealed, it doesn't cover where you can/cannot carry open.
where you MUSt open carry are the places in the CPL law where concealed carry is forbidden..
So in the case of places you're prohibited from concealed carrying, you cannot concealed carry, and where such a place is also listed as a place you can't possess a pistol, the avg citizen could NOT open carry.
Update 86 points out to police that people with a CPL can in fact open carry in places where open carry is prohibited for normal folks, banks, for example, not that they MUST carry open.
