There are two forums that i'm a member of which I can long in, Title a new thread but that's it. I can't put in a narrative. I've cleared things and tried that but no luck. The owner says all is well on there end. Really weird being able to long in go everywhere and even title a new thread but can't ask a question.

Or maybe some weird setting on the forum itself? Are you a very new member trying to start threads? Some forums don't allow this so that trolls go away quickly. Granted, most forums give you a message that you "cannnot yet post new threads" when they have a setting like this...
Can you reply to current threads?
