Where to get .45ACP ammo.

Georgia Arms is STILL out of components for 45ACP HP. I like their ammo, but I am really needing to get some more.
Can somebody suggest a good, reasonably priced ammo for me.
I'll need to run at least 200 rounds to make sure it functions properly. Then I guess a couple hundred more rounds to just have around.
Thanks.

Frank, Try Natchez Shooters Supply. natchezss.com

CCI Blazer or Blazer Brass is 'less expensive' than a lot of other brands, and shoots pretty darned well.

Natchez won't ship to those of us in Tennessee.
You can always hit WalMart. They've got the Federal for about $18 a box of 50. Of course it's small pistol primer but that doesn't bother me since I load 38spl with small pistol primers and would welcome getting 45acp that'll take the same primer when time comes to start loading it up.

But. . . frank4570 is in Culpepper, Virginia, and they do ship to VA.

That's a (female dog) that Natchez won't ship inside the state.

SGammo.com has CCI Blazer (speer) in .45ACP for about 31 cents a round including postage if you buy 1000 rounds (split the case witha buddy).

I know, something about Whole Sale only to Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Not sure why it is but it really sucks.

You just missed them at the Fredricksburg gun show. They have a good supply at the shows. Try looking at their schedule at http://georgia-arms.com/gunshowschedule.aspx
I think They'll be in Richmond next.

Looking for ammo or components to MAKE ammo? I had no trouble finding bullets and brass. (Once fired of course!)

Ooooh, their prices are pretty good. Any experience as far as quality?

I was very impressed with the accuracy of the 10mm ammo and you get real 10mm, not a pumped up .40 cal. I will be ordering their ammo for all of my firearms. My G29 is my edc w/ my G27 as my bug.

Click on my "more posts" and find my thread about SGammo. I won't order ammo from another shop besides them and AIM surplus.

Funny AIM posted a picture of a customers order with $160,000 worth of rifle ammo. Hmm wonder what he's doing with all that 5.45
