WTB: Gen 1 Glock 19

Rare, I know. I used to have one. Sold it to a guy that has since died and his stuff was auctioned off. Hit a dead end down that road.

Let me know if you have or know of a true Gen 1 G19 for sale. Finders fee if a sale goes through. Market+ if it is yours.

Good luck!

I am a LEO. I became friends with a game warden in my area. He has one. He said he bought it from another local LEO that was CARRYING IT ON DUTY and had no idea what it was. Before you ask, no, he won't sell it. I've tried.

I would love one also but I think the price would go through the roof if one was put on gunbroker.

To my knowledge there were 24 prototypes made. The first production G19's were Gen2 frames in 1988.

Some folks that have Gen2 pistols mistakenly think they are Gen1.

I got one of those very early gen 2 19's when it was issued to me brand new. Had a hard time finding holsters for it at first. Wish I still had it.
