They resist every effort to improve things and see it as a threat when someone says enough is enough. They have ruined everything with their failed policies of get everything for free.
I say burn it, but don't expect us to rebuild it for you.

If they burnt all the empty buildings it would help the city stay afloat. The city has been bulldozing homes for a long time. They will be doing it for a long time because they do not have the money to keep it going at the tempo they need.
