Cut Workout

Mon Wed Fri
Stationary Bike Start 7 Miles increase .5 miles every week till get to 10 then try to do faster every week.

Tue
Squat 3x5
M press 3x5
Clean 5x3

Thurs
Bench 3x5
Pendlay rows 3x5
Deadlift 1x5

Had been doing Starting strength But is time to lose some weight. Wanted to still base my workout on ss.

What do you guys think.

That could work. You could still follow SS and include a short duration high intensity workout after your SS work. Then do you bike workout twice weekly.

Also, I think rather than steady state training you'd be better of with some sort of hiit.
