What country is that from?
I see Clinton in his cheerleader uniform.
That makes sense.

HST stayed in the Missouri National Guard after his service as a captain of artillery in WW1.
And was promoted between wars.
By the time WW2 rolled around, he was a Colonel.
But by that time, he was a Senator, later President, and there was obviously no reason to call him up.
