20sf, how often should I change the striker spring?

I've got a new g20sf that I've been having a great time with. I'm on pace to put about 7-8 thou. Rounds through it this year. How often should I be changing my striker spring? I'm also thinking of getting fresh mag springs once a year. Are the stock 15rnd mag springs 10 coil? Should I up grade to the glock 11 coil. I shoot a lot of 200gr bullets. I tried the wolf +10% mag spring but it would bunch up and stick in the mag.

Ive never heard of striker springs needing much maintenance other than someone buying a really old gun and changing all the springs out. Im sure there is some number put out by glock...but, as much as you shoot, I really wouldnt worry about it till you started having light strikes, if you ever do...
