NBC News producer fired over editing of George Zimmerman 911 call
They found a fall guy to cover for the top brass.

After critics blasted the segment as misleading, NBC News launched an internal investigation into how the recording was edited, and concluded on April 3 that there had been a mistake.
"During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret," NBC News said in a statement. "We will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future and apologize to our viewers."

Here's what really went down. The big wheels held a meeting and deceided that it would look good for PR if someone with a high up title was fired for this. But who,that was the big question. Then they see a Janitor sweeping the floor out side their meeting room, and insperation hits them and they promote the Janitor to News Producer one day and fire him the next,--------done.

I wanna know how the hell you can call editing a 911 call to make someone sound as racist as possible an "error"?
An "error" insinuates an honest mistake. Not blatant manipulation.

I notice NBC "forgot" to release the name of the fired producer. They probably made a deal with him: Shut up. Take one for the team. We won't say who you are & will find you another job at comparable pay.
