Decent price on target ammo?
Just curious as to what a decent price on standard 230 grain ball ammo was. Say for a box of 50.
Just target ammo, nothing fancy.
Thanks!

I use ammoseek.com. It is a search engine for ammo and I just pick the best deal. Most places have it listed at around .30 cents a round for stuff like Blazer

About $2.75 a box of 50 with home cast bullets.
Other then that WalMart has the Federal small primer stuff for $18 bucks a box of 50. Reloading can save you a heap of money, especially once you start casting your own bullets.

Yesterday I bought 200 rounds of Tula .45ACP at Walmart for $64 OTD. That works out to about .32/ea. I've fired just about 500 rounds of it through my RIA 1911 with function and on target results fully equal to domestic ball. At $7 less per 100 rounds, it is a good price on good ammo.

Well, it seems that Wally world is probably the cheapest place. At least as far as brick and mortars go.
Thanks guys!

Not the cheapest but last week Walmart had WWB for $36 a box of 100.
Mine actually had a lot on the shelf.
