Sotomayor hints at support for SB1070????
Been paying attention to the SB1070 case. Sotomayor blindsided me by actually asking some tough questions of the government and hinting at support for Arizona!

It just seems that SCOTUS members sometimes play "devil's advocate" for the sake of voicing viewpoints that aren't necessarily their own.

I don't trust a word that comes out of her mouth. She lied to Congress and this country about 2A (Heller) being "settled law", then she promptly votes against 2A (and by extension the Bill of Rights) in the Chicago decision.
