A Ron Paul Supporter Explaining The Constitution To The Police

He says he wasn't hurting anyone and he doesn't care what the legal limit is.

The guy should have known his constitution better and refused to do any of the tests instead of readily agreeing to take the breath one. He was probably mugging it up for the camera.

His BAC is irrelevant because DWI isn't in the constitution, and he wasn't hurting anyone.

The government has no right to tell him what he can and cannot put in his body.

The founding fathers would be ashamed of what those cops are doing to him.

That video is proof that anyone can be arrested at anytime for any reason and their constitutional rights violated.

America is doomed and has already turned into a police state.

I learned all this from the Ron Paul supporters on this forum.

So, a drunk was acting like a drunk. Well, that is strange.

Did anyone else think he looked and sounded like Ed Helms?

Is this an outtake from The Hangover III?

Typical Ron Paul Supporter - YouTube
JB, is that you? Did you make a video of you drunk just so you could troll Ron Paul supporters with it?

.3 = refusal here at jail, and ER trip. Seen walking & talking over .3, and falling down drunk/can't walk OR talk at .10...

Sure you've seen worse. My personal record was a .234 - I try to avoid the whole DUI thing when working off duty, else chance sitting on them at the hospital WHILE off duty, until next shift comes on to relieve me.
