And there you have the reason why his parents would need to copyright his name, etc. Now they need to have their lawyer contact the little man making the targets and proceed from there.

I don't believe they have a case. The target has a hoodie yes, not any likeness to Trayvon. Now Skittles and the Tea company might be upset.

True. But so what. Large corporations routinely use copyright law as a tool to suppress competitors, etc. The only need to force the man to blow money defending himself. It's not about right/wrong. It's about the "law."
