I opted for the Kahr PM9. They tell you to break it in for 200 rounds, but the only thing I noticed was that the slide racked a lot easier after 100 rounds or so. Not one mechanical issue.
In a pocket holster or in an IWB holster it almost completely disappears, even in just a T-shirt and shorts.
