Dershowitz: No Jury Convict GZ Of Murder Unless Afraid NBP Might Kill Them

He went on to say that the media has largely changed their tune on the facts of the case, with the notable exception of the New York Times.

It shouldn't get to a jury. There is no evidence of 2nd murder to proceed to trial with.
