Obama is not that bright
I'm stunned. Again.
Quote:
There is little evidence to support it. Mr. Obama went to Harvard, but so did George W. Bush, who some liberals consider dumber than dirt. The president won't release his transcripts, so we can't judge by his grades. Mr. Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review, but when he was selected, popularity mattered more than scholarship.
Mr. Obama joined an undistinguished law firm, where he tried no cases. So no help there.
Many cite the president's oratorical skills, but he often rambles when he speaks without a teleprompter. That's because his brain "is moving so fast that the mouth can't keep up," wrote Meghan Daum of the Los Angeles Times.

Some other indicators -- Obama was never invited to clerk for a Federal judge (a de rigueur professional step for folks leaving Harvard Law School as president of the Harvard Law Review); referring to Hawaii as being part of Asia; and reading "corpsman" repeatedly off of the teleprompter as "corpse-man."
In fact, reading from the teleprompter seems to be about the only gift that Obama actually has -- and even there, his handlers clearly would be wise to spell everything phonetically, because English frequently eludes him.
His many gaffes and outright bizarre statements indicate that Obama is one of the most ignorant people ever to occupy the Oval Office, in regard to anything of actual value to the position -- a knowledge of economics, history, geography, law, etc.
But he does know Saul Alinsky and Black Liberation Theology inside and out...

His mannered, programmed, and utterly phony speech patterns drive me up the wall more than anything -- the professorial tone; the urban rabble-rouser tone; the statesman with a lilt at the end of each sentence tone...How he got labeled a "great orator" mystifies me as much as the "brilliant" label...
But, yeah -- his "tuh" is incredibly grating also...

Lol
One of my colleagues said that in a meeting a few weeks ago. I called him Barry for the rest of the week. I bet he'll never say it again (at least not in my presence).
If what you say is clear, there's no need to add that comment.

You guys leave him alone. He's a friggin genius. Think about it.
Foreign born. He went to a white man hating church for 20 years. Absolutely zero accomplishments other than a nondescript community organizer. MooseSlime. Dragging along a woman as ugly as moose spit.
Yet he got himself elected to the most powerful position on earth. He's also got a lifetime income, medical care, office supplies, armed guards, and who knows what else, paid for by you and me. For the rest of his life.
And I'm sure he's going to loot the White House when he leaves and nobody can do a thing.
He's a con man who has run the most successful con in history.
He's gotta be a friggin genius.

No, the people who picked him out, decided he would be president and then financially greased the wheels so he could achieve that goal, are the real genius's.
Barack Obama is just a puppet whose every thought and every move originates from an anti-American think tank comprised of the richest men in the world.
Obama's only purpose is to fleece the American taxpayer out of as much money as possible, destroy the American capitalist system and establish socialism in the United States.
Obama is just a tool, to be used for a job.
That's all.

Hmmm...Maybe there's a relative force at play here also -- as in, a large percentage of the American voting public became astronomically stupid.
As they say, in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king...

Folks, I'm here to tell you its shocking how many 18-20 year olds can't do basic math - by basic I mean convert 24/5 to a whole number or multiple .21*.15 by hand. They know everything there is to know about Facebook or their iphone however (except obviously how to use the calculator?)

May I add a lifetime of speaking engagements at who knows what per speech (hope they have teleprompters)?...wasn't Clinton getting $100-$300K each?
And may I add to that a future best selling book deal. i believe Palin was paid $15 million..

He's slick. He managed to get the law changed, but excluded himself.
"..... Congress changed the law in the 1990s so that any president elected after Jan. 1, 1997, and his or her spouse will receive the federal protection for only 10 years......."

sorry, just having fun with a recent news event south of here.
He is an IDIOT, dumber than a box of rocks. Not particularly bright, frequently wrong on stuff that matters.

I would take Biden over Obama any day, and here's why:
Even a blind pig like Biden finds the acorn now and then (witness the multiple times unpleasant truths actually come tumbling out of his mouth).
Obama is the corrupt pig that uses ACORNs to actively destroy the country from within with intent and malice.
If I'm forced to choose between stupid and evil, I'll take stupid.

Good point actually, Biden is too goofy to be a reliable puppet.

Agreed...Also, according to the National Journal's rating of senatorial voting records in 2007, Biden was assessed to be the third most leftist.
The most leftist senator? Obama.
Yet some morons still refer to him as a "moderate centrist"...
