School Me on the Walther PPQ

I just ordered a Walther PPQ 9MM.

The reviews I saw today were very positive.

What say you?

Yep they're GTG, especially the trigger as hs reported above. Just ordered a BT guiderod for mine today -- hate plastic guide rods.

You'll be a Happy Camper ... I have a Walther P99 AS (9mm), which is very similar to the PPQ, and it has proven to be a great pistol !

You have made a great choice based on all the reviews I've read so far. I'd like to have one myself.

I know it's probably still kind of limited in sales so far but I haven't heard of any issues whatsoever with it. Holster selection is the biggest problem.

A guy at my local IDPA match carries and competes with one. He does very well with it, and I've never seen it have problems. Good trigger too.

My 9mm PPQ has been flawless in close to 900 rounds and the trigger is the best of all my striker fired guns.

Only downside I have found is cost of extra mags.

I did a review on the pros and cons for me. I think this gun is a good buy.

Yep, looks like around $50 bucks just like the H&K USP mags, OUCH! Don't know why they cost so much, can't be any harder to make then the mags for a Beretta 92/PX4 Storm, Springfield XD or S&W M&P. Guess it just costs a lot for shipping from Germany,LOL

I have a PPQ in 9mm. Love it,especially the trigger. You can use the Magnum Research mag like this. http://www.magnumresearch.com/MR-Eag...-15-Rounds.asp

The listing says these are for a Desert Eagle. You sure they work with a Walther?

Newer P99 mags will work, the older 16 round mags won't.
