Located 3 consecutive numbered 25th anniversary 17s for $2250($750 each).Wondering if I should spend half my tax return on them or just put it off till later and buy a single.Would trips be worth any more in the future or since they are special collector guns a lot of folks have collected consecs?
I wouldn't go over $1950 myself. When they were first out and not selling well, some distributors discounted them to $625/$650 price range. To have 3 consec., I'm guessing this guy bought them then on speculation he could make >$100 each later (now). There are a lot of them still for sale; all priced too high. Eventually, they'll come down of they want to move them...
