Is President Obama A Pathological Liar?
File this one under "well duh...". And the "pundit class" are just now figuring this out?

He is a polititian, of course he is a lair. So has every President before him been. Every person we vote into federal office is almost expected to lie to one degree or another. Not the "no honey that moo moo is sliming" self preservation lie, but the "I did not have sexual relations with that girl" lie, yes also self preserving as well, but on a grander scale and under oath.
So expecting a politian to be truthful is like expecting them not to breath or pass gas.

Narcissism and lying go together like truth and honor. An honorable man feels compelled to tell the truth even if it puts "him" in bad light. The Narcissist IS COMPELLED to lie to make himself look good because the truth WOULD show him for the shame he is. The Obamanation IS A NARCISSIST..... so he just lies to make himself look good.

And again, you are right! One must admit, when he said he was going to fundamentally change America, he was telling the truth. So, he's not always, a liar!

Actually, the pathological lying is merely an annoying side symptom of his more serious underlying psychological problem: Narcissistic personality disorder.
Narcissistic personality disorder is a condition in which people have an inflated sense of self-importance and an extreme preoccupation with themselves.
Symptoms
A person with narcissistic personality disorder may:
•React to criticism with rage, shame, or humiliation
•Take advantage of other people to achieve his or her own goals
•Have excessive feelings of self-importance
•Exaggerate achievements and talents
