Has anyone seen Noveske FFL (Gen2) lowers in stock anywhere? I requested an email notification from Rainier a while back and haven't heard anything. and can't seem to find them anywhere. Any heads up is appreciated.

Act as if what you do makes a difference. It does.
According to a Noveske rep. they're all going on complete rifles. Once there is a surplus of lowers, they'll sell them separately. So right now, they're pretty rare.
