I guess it wasn't only the temperature that was hot....This guy needs to be put away for a while.

I just read this! I am an HVAC service tech, and honestly it doesn't surprise me that this happened. I mostly work commercial, but residential customers are a nightmare! You would be surprised how many people absolutely freak out that you are actually charging for services.

Yep, people need to understand that they are paying for the labor that is involved. That is where you guys earn your living.
