had came back from shooting at the range the other day and while cleaning I found little dent in the "pick up ramp". I am not really sure what to call it. Should I be worry about this causing jams?

I checked my cw9 and mine does not have a dent like yours. If it functions ok then it probably will never cause a problem, still it should not be there. I think I would contact Kahr and send the photo and see what they have to say. The cw9 is fun to shoot and very easy for concealed carry. Good luck.

I normally am a "get it fixed" sort of guy, but I can't see that causing any kind of problems. Therefore, I wouldn't worry about it. I love my CW9 as well.
