Guns from Grandpa

My grandmother had to move into assisted living, and they won't let her bring my grandfathers guns, so I have them now. I already have his Smith 37, now I have his Walther PPK/S .22lr:

Beretta .22lr:

Rossi .38:

and Mossberg 12 gauge:

I know the Walther is relatively rare in .22, but the rest of the guns only have sentimental value as far as I know.

Some good family heirlooms there. All I got was an ancient, Iver Johnson Firearms and Cycle Works shotgun in "poor" condition. It put dinner on the table for several generations from 1910ish to the 1960's. Took 20 years for Numrich to come up with the parts for me to properly restore it to like new. Now my sons use it to put cotton tails on our table in the winter. Some collectors say I ruined a $500+ shotgun by restoring it to factory new condition, but hunting with a pristine shotgun my great grandma bought from a Wisconsin hardware store is priceless. Gun heirlooms are awesome things. Enjoy!

Can you tell me anything about it? All I can gather is that it is West German, and relatively rare compared to .380 PPK's.

Glad you got it in working condition, and are now using it to it's full potential. Who cares about the worth if you never plan to sell, right?

I think that is awesome!! Using the gun for what it was bought for all these years later. Guns are made to shoot, not sit around looking pretty.
