Oooppps!

That mary-jane possession, then a potentially illegal discharge; a possible defaced serial number....I'd say his conceal/carry will no longer be valid!

Dude, here's your sign.

This guy's gonna lose his right to carry. He's charged with 3 felony assault charges and felony discharge into a residence. Nevery mind the drug charges.

i love how when the media reports anything gun related they say "guns and ammo found" like that is a crime in and of itself.

Man i would love to pocket carry a 50AE. The recoil will probably be like Will Smith's pocket gun in Men In Black

Same with the silencer and the full automatic. Depending on what paperwork he had, they might have been perfectly legal too.

But of course, anyone who plays with his guns when he's drunk and shoots into a the neighbors apartment, deserves anything the cops can throw at him IMO. Sounds like he needed to loose his gun rights anyway.

Maybe it's just me but it seems if one is going to crank some rounds off inside an apartment, one ought to use his suppressor and not blast the sprinkler...

From the article:
Quote:
“All of the weapons and ammunition were seized for safekeeping, although both the suppressor and fully automatic weapon appear to be properly licensed,” the release said.

He should have used some of his money to live in a house instead of an apartment. Then shooting through your ceiling may damage the roof a bit, but that's probably all. As most of you know, full automatics cost a pretty penny, so this guy wasn't broke.

But really, safety safety safety. Don't play with loaded guns. Keep your finger off the trigger, etc...

Carry Issues

I couldn't find a Judge or Governer in the picture. I'm guessing the handgun used is to the right of the Ruger at the bottom of the picture.

410 is actually the caliber not gauge. More commonly referred to as .410 bore. There is no 410 gauge.

Very least, he's losing his ccw permit plus some fines. Hopefully he has a signed transfer receipt for the one with the missing serial number.
