mossberg sbs upgrade suggestions

I finally was able to bring home the mossberg 590A1 14" recently after waiting 6-7 months(?) to get the approval from ATF. Anyways, it's plain old Jane, a bit boring. I just have the bead front sight, nothing else. I actually don't mind that, may add some "glow in the dark" paint on the bead for faster sighting... but really want to keep it simple, and light as possible. I would like to get a case (just big enough for this size), and thinking about swapping out the speedfeed stock with the blackhawk specops II stock, and maybe add a single point sling that also holds some extra shells on the sling, or a way to attach extra shells to the sling. I am just thinking out loud.... thoughts?

It looks great. I would only consider adding a CDM flashlight mount.

And this Meprolite Tru dot bead for $26.

Congrats on a b*d*ss shottie!

I have been thinking about SBSing one of my 590s. Looks good.

I have never seen a single point with shells on it but probably out there. I prefer 2 point slings though never used a single point it just seems in less control to me flopping around but I should try it and see if I like it better.

On my 590s I installed the Mesa Tactical 6 shot side saddle. I have been very happy with them.

I found this photo, and looks very nice with the wood... wish they had something like this for the 590A1, anybody know if they do? I didn't really care about the birdshead grip but it looks classy in that wood.
