would make it illegal to transfer or possess large capacity feeding devices such as gun magazines, belts, feed stripes and drums of more than 10 rounds of ammunition. . .
No "grandfathering" in that bill! That's an outright ban! To quote Feinstein, "Mr & Mrs America, turn them in."

Actually it did say after the bill was law-only 10 rounders! Still doesn't matter we will not except any restrictions what so ever! If anything there are many laws on the books that need to go bye bye! We need Constitutional carry NATION WIDE!

They were smart enough to not do that. The constitution can only absorb so much urination. No grandfathering would mean an easily reversed unconstitutional ex post facto law (Article 1, Section 9, Clause 3).
"Prohibitions.--Section 922 of such title is amended by inserting after subsection (u) the following:
``(v)(1)(A)(i) Except as provided in clause (ii), it shall be unlawful for a person to transfer or possess a large capacity ammunition feeding device.
[Page: S5403] GPO's PDF
``(ii) Clause (i) shall not apply to the possession of a large capacity ammunition feeding device otherwise lawfully possessed within the United States on or before the date of the enactment of this subsection. "

No need to do that with mine, I come from a red state, he'd be tarred and feathered before I could send him a letter if he voted for this crap. I live in a red state. Any of the fence sitters out there I could write as an out of stater?

I was wondering when the usual suspects were going to try and exploit this.

Dear Pugman,
We don't really care whether your guns are on the bottom of a lake or inside a PVC pipe in your backyard. Either way you will not be using them to defend yourself (and if you do, you will go to jail).
Sincerely yours, Federal Government.

Anyone want to predict a spike in <10 round magazine prices? I already have a few, and might be investing in more.

Those evil "feed stripes" - I keep them next to "The shoulder thing that goes up"........
[ I assume she is talking about stripper clips, but who knows]
"He also said average Americans don’t need an assault weapon to go hunting or protect themselves."
But maybe we need them to protect ourselves from politicians.......
