Someone should run a review of his speeches and see how his "talking black/talking white" correlates to the point he's trying to make and the audience in front of him.
I suspect that a wide pandering streak will become apparent.

Like all political speeches, it was calculated to get votes. The communist/socialist left really believes that the "proletariat" is being held down by the wealthy capitalists and that they hate them and want to revolt so everything can be shared equally. It never crosses their minds, sitting there in their offices at the college philosophy dept., that the people doing the work want to believe they can get ahead by their own efforts (and many do). To them, it's a simple as "workers hate capitalist business owners and there are more workers than owners, so we get more votes by taking their side."
The only flaw in that theory is that the workers tend to overwhelmingly support the capitalists at every level above the very bottom "forced to work by the man" group.

Ironically, since Obama took office, I think race relations have gotten a lot worse. For precisely reasons like this. If the Obama kool aid drinkers have any real examples of racism, please share them. Otherwise, shut up and just admit that your president wants to turn us into a Marxist state.
