replacing Trijicon vials

Has anyone sent their slide to Trijicon to get the vials swapped after they die? If so, how was the experience, specifically turn around time?

Does Trijicon actually offer this service? As far as I know, once the tritium dies its time for a new set of sights.

Trijicon does it with their ACOG product line...is this what you are referring to? IIRC it takes a couple weeks and $400.

Per the service rep, they will replace the vials for $54 for the entire slide. I ship slide and the turn around time is 2-4 weeks. I explained they were for a G19 with vials from '99.
