Why the wait?
One week from today will mark one month since the Marietta finals were posted. Still no mail from GSSF. Moses moved slow but he was old! Anyone have any idea what the holdup is?

I heard it's because the gssf staff is testing the glock carbine prototype.
Will be available in .45gap only.

The staff has been working themselves to exhaustion with the current match schedule. Now that Conyers is over, perhaps they will have some time in the next few weeks to get caught up.

Actually I heard that all the GSSF staff does all day is peruse this forum and when someone whines about how long it has been, or how slow they are, they automatically add ten days to any final postings that user competed in.
I heard this from S.Kargoh so I am not sure how accurate it is.

Prizes are there ready to mail. Conyers and upcoming matches have slowed things quite a bit. Hang in there, I'm waiting for my gun too. Just gotta be patient.

If you're waiting for a gun certificate, just think of the wait you'll have after you actually get the cert and then order a gun...

Yeah, I read it on the intetwebz. I could hardly believe that there was a full time "Forum Reader" staff posititon. That person then has to forward penalty waiting period recommendations to another department in Austria. Bureaucracy. Whatcha gonna do.
