It makes me think of this old joke, because I know the theists will be along shortly to inform me of how much we still don't know as if our knowledge stops here.
When I was a Christian, before I reached the age or reason as G.C. said, I used to laugh at this joke as a perfect example of how foolish man was to think he could be like god. Not I appreciate the joke even more as a perfect example of the extreme limit of where current theists can move the goalposts. No matter what we discover, no matter what we can explain or accomplish in the future, it will all mean nothing to the person clinging to the very last remnant of their faith. The fact that we cannot conjure dirt in a universe where no dirt yet exists. Them's some high standards.
