2 thumbs up for Lee Precision

I just like you guys to know a few weeks ago my primer arm got stuck between the piston and the bottom of my Lee Turret and was damaged. The sleeve would not travel up to the top.
I emailed Lee and they said mail it back to us and we will send you another and they did no other questions asked.

If you can show Lee a part broke they can understand that and send you another one.

I had an issue with a .380 sizing die and they were completely worthless and really did not seem to care. Little Stevie and some others on this forum were far more help than Lee and they did not have to be.

I've found their customer service to be outstanding

Dillon and hornady would have sent you the replacement part the day you called and would not have made you send the broke part back.
