confusion - different sight heights -g32c -357/40

ok, this question is in regards to a g32c shooting both 357 and 40 (with a 23c barrel) half the time....

I've been trying different sights to get a feel for what i'm comfortable with and right now, i have mepros on my gun...at 7yds, they are dead accurate and it seems that the .40 shoots maybe half an inch high....and i'm a damn good shot so please accept that when i say the 40 shoots higher, it's not just a psychological thing that happens when i swap barrels...

according to mepros site , the sights i have are correct (for the 9mm, 40, and 357)

however, on these other sites, trijicon, ameriglo, and truglo, it shows that for the glock 31 and 32, i should be using the same sights as the 10mm and 45s (EXCEPT if i'm shooting a glock 33....)

now with that being said, i haven't had a chance to try this gun in either 357/40 at 15yds or further yet to see how off these are, but can someone clarify the reason for differences here? i was always under the assumption that the 9mm,40,357s used one height and the 10mm and 45 acps used the other...

The .45, 10mm, G31, G32 use a 6.9mm rear sight.
All others use a 6.5mm rear sight.
Front sight is the same on all Glocks.

I have a G23 with an OEM .357 SIG barrel, however the sights are Ameriglo for the .40 S&W. Shooting the .357 SIG Fed. HST at 10 yds. they are dead on. They will probably be close to 3" high at 25 yds. from what I read, but I have not "papered" it yet at that distance. I don't see it being a real issue. Small tradeoff.

This is correct. Even though many lgs think otherwise. I had a lgs put the wrong sights on my g31. Had to take it back for them to exchange for the right ones. They did not believe me until I told them to pull up the Internet and look on both glock 's and trijicon's site for the correct answer.

thanks for the responses everyone....i checked my package and it shows i have the mepro ml-10224 on my g32...inside the package, they don't list the height, but i have to assume they are 6.5 because it says it's for all 9mm, 40, and 357 glocks....and when i do a 6 o'clock hold, i can hit the bullseye at 7yds....soooo....according to what i've just learned, i have the wrong sights on my g32.... if i were to put on the 'correct' sights, then wouldn't i be shooting a tad higher?

i'm guessing i'm dead on at 7yds with the wrong sights because i'm so close?? i' heading to the range later this week to try and sort this out...

i carry 357 primarily and have the 40 barrel as a shtf backup, but i just wanted to learn the difference of where each one will shoot at a certain distance...
