By the end of the Book of Job, the adversary is silenced and Job regrets his hasty speech. His heavenly friend, God, hears Job's intercessions for his friends, and restores Job's beatitude.

You may think you have good intentions with your anti-Christian rhetoric. But roads paved with good intentions don't always take you where you want to go.
Now I know you don't even have a basic education in the Bible. Satan, in Job, is not the Devil. This is plain and simple. Satan goes before God as one of his servants. God boasts about the greatness of Job and Satan asks if Job would be so devout had God not put such blessings upon him. God unleashes Satan on Job. It's right there in the damn book. God turns Satan loose on one of his beloved creation like an attack dog. And Satan was right. Satan proved God wrong. And only after God bullies Job does Job repent. Then God rewards him for his fear.

You realize this isn't the actual story of the Book of Job at all, don't you?

Actually reading the work now constitutes "anti-Christian rhetoric"?

I doubt that snowbird has read much of the bible. Given his/her critical reading skills, he/she wouldn;t understand if he/she did. He/she only knows what others have told him.

September 14, 2012, the Dearborn Fordson High School (90% Muslim) principal called the police on a driver who had just cruised past with 2 Israeli flags flying on his truck. The Dearborn police were 1 car behind him when a student (any guesses as to his religion?) threw a bottle at the truck windshield. The police ignored that, and instead, stopped the truck and questioned the driver for 30 minutes on why he was displaying those Israeli flags.

Doesn't that sound like they were enforcing sharia law?

Anyone who lives in Detroit deserves whatever happens to them. Mexican Americans are always doing things in San Antonio. Yesterday two cars full of Mexican Americans got in a shootout on a major highway. One was killed and three went to the hospital. Do you see me posting things about Catholics running wild and bringing back the Inquisition? It's not Catholics and it's not Mexican Americans.. It's some out of control head cases. Race and religion have nothing to do with it.

There's a difference between questioning and trolling.

This is a perfect example of a trolling comment. No value whatsoever merely an antagonistic comment.

WOW that is the most inaccurate description of the book of job I've ever read.

If that's your logic... then these comments are trolling as well.

Answering your last claim first: 19,767 says otherwise.

Back to the top of your list, hasn't Detroit been run by leftists for years now? And doesn't it have a large, and growing, Muslim population? You should love the place.

As for 'Mexican Americans', don't you leftists always scream "racist" at conservatives if they notice any correlation between crime rate and illegal Hispanic population? Don't you lib people always support open borders? Didn't your Obama sue Arizona for trying to enforce sovereignty at the border?

You're absolutely correct, and he's definitely the latter.

Mexican is not a race, but blaming them for crime is definitely bigoted. The illegals I have encountered are some of the most law abiding people around. They want to stay off the radar. They're also Christians, so what is your problem with them?

I would if it were a two way street. It would be great for Mexico if Americans could own property and businesses in Mexico. The fact that Mexico won't allow that keeps a lot of money out of their country. Many of the $200,000 to $300,000 house in San Antonio are owned by Mexicans. It's a hedge against devaluation of the peso. It's also a place they can come on vacation and spend their money. That's good for them and good for us.
