With the debate between the two VP candidates , i ve learned a new word. Is this the same meaning as a bunch of hubris?

I didn't see the debate, nor watch excerpts. But just from the descriptions everywhere, he came off as a crack addict. He should have tried the Demo Call: YEEEAAAAHHH!!!!!

Irish slang , ehh, from the slums of Scranton, PA? WOnder what Bruce Springsteen would say about it.

I wonder whats the equivalent of that slang here in Texas ? Bunch of mallards , maybe ? during duck season ...
