Removing Rear sight on Mark III

Any ideas, or YouTube videos on how its done???
I have to replace the square notch w/another one. Any help is appreciated!!!

Here's the first result from a youtube search....hope that it's what your looking for.


p.s.: When removing things that have small parts that can go "sproing" and disappear into another dimension never to be seen again, I take a large, clear plastic bag (like a Zip-loc bag) with the part in it. That way, you can see what you're doing and if a part does go flying, it will either hit the inside of the bag or hit you in the chest. Either way, the part will be easy to track down.
