It will soon be over.

There will be the wailing and gnashing of teeth on one side. And the rejoicing at the victory of righteousness on the other side.
And it will be over. I can't wait.

I agree. Baseball is boring and the season is way too long. I can't wait for it to be over.

One of the many nice things about living in a state with 3 electoral votes is that the POTUS race skips right by us. It's the local election crap that's prolonged agony. HH

I really, really hope Barack Obama takes the time to visit
western Colorado again before the election. Maybe it will change his 74% disapproval rating here.

The TV adds for the local/state races here are going after the wives and children in expensively produced adds. I wonder where the money comes from... HH

Now that Jeters out I'm less interested in this series. Least those evil Detroiters will be vanquished.

Same here as far as the POTUS race but we have 4 electoral votes. I'm ready for it to all end as well. Sick of local people being fake and making false promises just to gain a vote. Just tell me straight out that everything sucks and that you WILL raise my taxes. I'll give you bonus points for being honest and probably vote for you anyway.

It like the cop who asks, "have you had anything to drink tonight?" And the reply is "yup, I had 6 beers and four shots." The drunk stands a decent chance of going home to bed that night. Just because the cop always hears "just 2 beers osifer."

Agreed. I just saw the Big Bird commercial the other night. I think he should be removed from the race based on that tasteless attack.

Romney messed up on that one. He kicked a puppy on national TV.

What are you hoping for? A 100% disapproval rating.

I guess that's one "good" thing about living in Illinois. We're so hopeless, inept and clueless that both sides know which way we will vote so they leave us alone to wallow in our own waste.

Not in my area. I've seen TONS of Obama commercials and I have literally not seen a single Romney commercial. Strange.

Just two beers could be the truth....

Saturday I was 0.078 after two beers

My friend (same drinking time and 20 lbs bigger) drank the same two beers in the same amount of time and was 0.168

So two beers could be the truth

Thankfully, you were correct. I couldn't wait for that Texans game to end last night.

I heard the Clinton 2016 campaign is scheduling commercials to start running January 21, 2013.

Are you suggesting that there is concern that Obama may not take Illinois?

the only ads I have seen have been online. I did see an Obama ad during the walking dead premiere but I was streaming that online as well.
