357 curious
I have been a traditional .45 guy for a long time, but am now very interested in 357. I have ordered a 31 to see how well I like it! So my question is are you 357 owners happy with it and would you buy 357 again?

Absolutely love it - recently added a G35 357 sig conversion barrel from KKM which serves as an extended barrel in the G31. In a word, WOW! Will probably be getting a .40 conversion barrel this month. I like options

Yes, as a former 10mm owner, I liked the TEN, but LOVE the .357 SIG.
My buddy carries a G31, and I prefer a G32 or G33.

I'm going for the Gen 4 G33 very soon
The cartridge is very fun to experiment with.
80 gr Glasers to 180 gr. Hard cast.
I'm so glad you decided to join us!

My experience may give you an idea for the draw of this cartridge. I decided, after years of .380s, I needed to move to a cartridge with more thump and a better self-defense track record. I chose the .40S&W for reasons that I will skip. I found, during my research, that I would have the ability to convert a Glock .40 to 357 sig, and took the plunge with a LW 357 sig barrel for my G24. I fell instantly in love with the 357 sig. My purchase for carry was a Gen 4 G23, knowing that I would buy the G32 barrel for it. My G23 is a .40 in name only, I carry it as a 357 sig.
I only use my .40 barrels for range time, as I do enjoy the .40S&W. I like the .40, but I love the 357 auto!

G31 with S&B 140gr FMJ rings the 100yrd gong with great frequency. Whats not to love? Easy to shoot, accurate, and as much fun as my g20 10mm.

No both the 31 and the 32 will be gen 3's I have fired a gen 4 17 and prefer the feel of the 3's.
The 31 will not be with me long the slide will be sent almost immediately to TSD for an rmr and suppressor sights and at the same time the receiver will go to STG to be cerakoted in magpul FDE

Yup. Autoloader wise, the Glock in 357Sig has become a serious competitor to my favorite 357Magnum revolvers. (The 357 Magnum Coonan Autoloader is still a favorite.)
For myself at least, Glock does this round better than Sig.

Anyone have a vickers slide release on any of their glocks? Is it that much better then glocks extended mag slide release? Same question for extended mag release?

Well I picked it up today took it to the range and put 100 rds through it!!! I love it the only weak link was the shooter that hasn't practiced in quite some time!
I put 50 remington125 gr. JHP and 50 Winchester 125 gr. JHP through it and thought the Winchesters were a bit more accurate.
