Question about GSSF and Armorer discount program
I just finished my Armorer certification and am now confused about the discount guns for non-LEO (GSSF) Armorers. The order form that came with the materials is very explicit about who was eligible to order pistols through the program. GSSF is nowhere on that list. I asked the DM (sales guy) who was representing Glock at our class and he thought GSSF were allowed 1 gun under the Armorer program and 1 gun as a GSSF member...but he wasn't sure. Everything I had heard was that it was 2 guns just like every other Armorer, but now I can't find that info anywhere and I am thinking I might have just assumed it. So its either 0, 1, or 2.
Does anyone have real world confirmation that GSSF Armorers are allowed the 2 guns in addition to the yearly GSSF discount? Is it better to call Glock directly to order them to avoid confusion instead of faxing the order form?
*now that I am finished typing, I realize I should just call Glock and ask them directly but I think I will still post this to generate the discussion. There may be others that are confused*

are you a GSSF member?
are you a Certified Armorer?
Why should there be a question.

I am both, but your response was not very helpful. Perhaps you could elaborate. Thanks.

To my knowledge, you may order two Glocks using the Armorer's form.

The point is that GSSF membership and being a current GLOCK Armorer are two different things.

That is how I always understood it as well. That is why, when I saw the order form only referenced first responders, I asked the district sales guy from Glock (his name was Josh) about the rules for GSSF purchases. He said he thought GSSF members only were allowed one...and that is why I am posing the question. I am looking for verification from an armorer who is not a first responder but is a GSSF member and has purchased 2 discount pistols under the program. I will just call them on Monday and get the skinny from them. I apologize if I was unclear.

That's me, and I bought two Glocks upon my certification two years ago, in addition to the one I was allowed that year by my GSSF membership.

Are the Armor Rates and GSSF rate the same? or does an armorer get LEO pricing?

Do the Armourer's pistol purchases come from Glock or do they go through a coupon dealer like GSSF?
Taking the class next week.

My recollection is that I received LEO pricing for the two Armorer certification pistols. I got those from Ed's Public Safety before Glock limited the area in which they could sell new Glocks. Since you're in Georgia you could get yours from them, either shipped or ftf. They're good folks to deal with.
Viper, I reckon you'll have to find a GSSF dealer or LEO distributor for yours. I don't think you could order them directly from Glock, but I could be wrong. You might check with Customer Service at www.glock.com. Your class instructor should know as well.

You can use the same LE dealer as you would for a GSSF coupon purchase.
Mine asks for current Armorer credentials (certificate) and then good to go at discount. Some may request you bring packet of materials from class, but as far as I am aware, may not be required from all shops.
